USMCA Hearing Rescheduled to Dec 3-5
The public hearing on the operation of the USMCA is moved from November 17, 2025 to December 3-5, 2025. The hearing will begin each day at 9:00 a.m. EST in the main hearing room of the U.S. International Trade Commission at 500 E Street SW, Washington, DC 20436, and is part of the consultation in advance of the joint review on July 1, 2026.
Seven-Day Post-Hearing Rebuttal Deadline
If you submit testimony at the December 3-5, 2025 hearing, you may file post-hearing rebuttal comments within seven calendar days after the last day of the hearing. Those rebuttal comments are due by 11:59 p.m. EST on the seventh calendar day after the hearing ends.
How to Submit Comments and BCI Rules
All submissions must be in English and uploaded via the electronic portal at https://comments.ustr.gov/s/ to docket USTR-2025-0004. You may mark pages as "BUSINESS CONFIDENTIAL" and must certify confidential treatment and also submit a public version if you request confidentiality.
