Deferred Action Applicants Must Complete G-325A

If you are an individual or household requesting deferred action for certain military service members and their family members, or for non-military deferred action (other than DACA, VAWA, A-3, G-5, and T and U nonimmigrant visas), you will be asked to provide biographic information on USCIS Form G-325A. USCIS estimates 7,500 annual respondents, an average burden of 2.31 hours per response, a total annual burden of 17,325 hours, and a total annual cost burden of $187,500.

Certain Deferred Action Categories Are Excluded

Form G-325A does not apply to deferred action based on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), A-3 or G-5 nonimmigrant categories, or T and U nonimmigrant visas. If you are applying under one of those categories, you are not part of this information collection.
