Peace Corps adds Do Not Pay sharing
The Peace Corps added a new Routine Use O that lets it share certain Peace Corps records with the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Do Not Pay Working System to identify, prevent, or recoup improper payments. Routine Use O specifically applies to SORNs PC-1 (Accounts Receivable), PC-9 (Travel and Transportation Payment), PC-22 (Financial Management System), and PC-23 (Health Benefits Program for Peace Corps Volunteers). The change is effective following the end of the public comment period on February 25, 2026, and the notice says it integrates privacy safeguards into the Do Not Pay initiative.
