USCIS is reinstating and updating Form I-129H2A for employers to petition for temporary H-2A agricultural workers. The agency estimates 26,525 annual respondents (23,873 PDF and 2,652 paper), an average burden of 4.59 hours (PDF) or 4.85 hours (paper) per response, a total annual burden of 122,440 hours, and a total annual cost burden of $13,660,375. Comments on the collection are accepted through March 30, 2026.
