Comments must be submitted before 5:00 p.m. EST on March 31, 2026; exceptions to the web system are available by contacting the Commission Secretary.
Assessment will identify impaired basin waters
The 2026 Assessment will report whether waters of the Delaware River and Bay are meeting designated uses under Section 305(b) of the Clean Water Act and the Commission's Water Quality Regulations (18 CFR part 410), and will identify waters that are impaired (not meeting standards).
