If you pay for NYSE American virtual control circuits (VCCs), the Exchange will treat two 'Resilient TF VCCs' (two VCCs to the same Trading Floor that use different Trading Floor networks so only one can be active at a time) as a single VCC charge. The change was filed on January 28, 2026 and is effective upon filing; the filing notes that currently no Users have Resilient TF VCCs.

Same-Network Connections Charged Twice

If you have two TF VCCs that connect via the same Trading Floor network and both can be active at the same time, NYSE American will charge you for each VCC (two charges). This clarification to the Fee Schedule was filed on January 28, 2026 and is effective upon filing.
