Published Date: 2/10/2026

Notice

Summary

NYSE Arca is updating its connectivity fees for certain virtual routing and control services used by traders and firms connecting through its Mahwah data center. This change tweaks the fee notes to clarify how charges apply, helping users understand their costs better. The new fee rules took effect right after filing on January 28, 2026, so users should check their bills soon!

Analyzed Economic Effects

3 provisions identified: 1 benefits, 1 costs, 1 mixed.

Two Resilient TF VCCs Counted As One

If you are a market participant that uses NYSE Arca colocation connectivity, the Exchange will charge two Resilient Trading Floor virtual control circuits (TF VCCs) as if they were one TF VCC so long as only one VCC is able to be active at a given time. This change is in the Fee Schedule note and is effective January 28, 2026.

Same-Network TF VCCs Still Billed Twice

If you have two TF VCCs that use the same Trading Floor network (so both may be active at the same time), the Exchange will continue to charge you for two TF VCCs. The Fee Schedule footnote clarifies that two TF VCCs using the same network remain subject to two charges.

Immediate Effect — Check Your Bills

The amended connectivity fee note took effect upon filing on January 28, 2026, so market participants using Mahwah data center connectivity should check their bills soon. The filing notes that use of these services is voluntary and that the change applies uniformly to all Users.
