Camp Lejeune Exposure Notifications Continue

The Marine Corps will keep collecting contact information to identify and notify people who may have been exposed to contaminated drinking water at Camp Lejeune between 1953 and 1987. This collection supports the Camp Lejeune Notification Database (OMB Control Number 0712-0011) and is required by Section 315 of the 2008 Defense Authorization Act; registrations are voluntary via the official website, email, or a toll-free number.

If you choose to register, the Marine Corps estimates an average burden of about 6 minutes per response. The notice estimates 10,000 respondents, 10,000 annual responses, and 1,000 annual burden hours for the Camp Lejeune Notification Database.
