Remote Public Access to ACRS

The ACRS meeting on March 5-6, 2026 will include some members physically present and others participating remotely. Interested members of the public are encouraged to join open sessions remotely via Microsoft Teams or by phone at 301-576-2978 using passcode 905831170#, and registration for the meeting is not required.

Public Comment and Submission Rules

Members of the public may present oral or written views at the March 5-6, 2026 ACRS meeting. Persons who want to make oral statements should notify Quynh Nguyen (phone 301-415-5844, email [email protected]) 5 days before the meeting if possible, and electronic copies of presentations should be emailed to the cognizant ACRS staff at least 3 days before the meeting.

Portions of Meetings May Be Closed

Portions of the ACRS sessions on March 5-6, 2026 may be closed pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(2) to discuss internal personnel matters and pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(4) to discuss and protect proprietary information. Electronic recordings and cameras will be permitted only during open portions of the meeting.
