Continuation of Ineligible Person Tracking

You (people seeking Federal crop insurance) will continue to be identified and barred from getting Federal crop insurance benefits if you are listed as ineligible under the listed mandates (for example, convicted of controlled substance violations or having certain delinquent debts). The RMA will notify people in writing and place them on the RMA Ineligible Tracking System until they regain eligibility; FCIC is asking OMB to extend this information collection for an additional 3 years.
