New Online Whistleblower Intake Portal

The Department of Justice is launching a new Corporate Whistleblower Awards Pilot Program online intake portal for individuals (not households). The portal is voluntary, the program has received about 30–60 submissions per week (over 1,000 unique submissions as of December 12, 2025), and the DOJ says the portal will help the Criminal Division respond to tips, issue monetary awards, and answer program inquiries more quickly and efficiently.

Time Burden Per Submission

Completing the online intake is estimated to take between five and forty-five minutes per submission depending on size and detail, and individuals may submit as often as they choose. The collection is entirely voluntary and there is no obligation to respond.
