On September 4, 2025, the notice lists nonprofit organizations (AL HAQ; AL MEZAN CENTER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS; PALESTINIAN CENTRE FOR HUMAN RIGHTS) as designated under Executive Order 14203, and states their property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked. Those organizations are published on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List.
