New Liquid-Cooled Cabinet Option

If you rent colocation space from Nasdaq ISE, the Exchange will offer a new Liquid-Cooled Cabinet option available only in its expanded data center area NY11-5. Higher-Power Circuit Options Added

Nasdaq ISE will add two new cabinet power circuit options available only for Liquid-Cooled Cabinets in NY11-5: Phase 3 40 amp 415 volt and Phase 3 60 amp 415 volt. The filing notes the typical cabinet power supported by existing options is approximately 5–23 kW, while the higher-power options correspond to approximately 29–43 kW.

Advance Orders Without Immediate Fees

Nasdaq ISE will allow customers to place orders for Liquid-Cooled Cabinets before fees are established, and those orders will not be fee-liable until fees are set and customers are provided access to the space for immediate use on or about April 3, 2026. The Exchange will open access and begin charging when customers are given access and power to use the space.

Non-Discriminatory, Optional Offering

Use of the Liquid-Cooled Cabinets and other colocation services is optional, and the Exchange states the expanded cabinet and power options will be offered equally to all customers on the same terms. The Liquid-Cooled Cabinets will be available only in NY11-5.
