New Liquid‑Cooled Cabinets Offered

Nasdaq MRX will offer a new Liquid‑Cooled Cabinet option in its expanded data center area NY11-5. The service will be available as either Nasdaq‑provided or customer‑provided cabinets, and Liquid‑Cooled Cabinets are only available in NY11-5.

Higher‑Power Circuits for NY11‑5 Only

Two new higher‑power cabinet circuits — Phase 3 40 amp 415 volt and Phase 3 60 amp 415 volt — will be available only for Liquid‑Cooled Cabinets in NY11-5. The filing notes these higher‑power options correspond to approximately 29–43 kW.

Existing Power Options Also Available

The five cabinet power circuit options already available in NY11-4 (Phase 1 20A/240V, 32A/240V, 40A/240V; Phase 3 20A/415V, 32A/415V) will also be available for Liquid‑Cooled Cabinets in NY11-5; these options support approximately 5–23 kW.

Customer‑Provided Cabinets Allowed

For the Liquid‑Cooled Cabinet service in NY11-5, customers may supply their own cabinets or elect to have Nasdaq provide the cabinets; by contrast, traditional air‑cooled cabinets must be Nasdaq‑provided. The option to use customer‑provided cabinets applies only to NY11-5 Liquid‑Cooled Cabinets.

Orders Allowed Now; Fees To Be Set

Customers may place orders for Liquid‑Cooled Cabinets in NY11-5 before fees are set; those orders will not be fee liable until fees are established and customers are provided access (anticipated on or about April 3, 2026). The Exchange will submit a separate fee filing to establish installation and ongoing monthly fees (currently shown as "TBD").
