Summary

This bill would make harming animals used in law enforcement a new ground of _inadmissibility and deportability_. It amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to add that an alien convicted of, or who admits to, acts that meet the elements of 18 U.S.C. § 1368 (harm to official working animals) is inadmissible under INA §212(a)(2)(J) and deportable under INA §237(a)(2)(G).
