Alaska boroughs can add housing development plans

The law explicitly allows Alaska's first- and second-class boroughs to include housing development plans in their comprehensive plans. Boroughs can also include recommendations for putting their comprehensive plans into action. These additions are optional. The law provides no housing funding, requires no construction, and does not directly change household housing costs or eligibility.
