Funding for Arkansas county voting systems

For fiscal year 2025–2026, the law provides $11 million for Arkansas county voting systems and related election costs. The law does not set individual refund amounts.

Funding for business fee and tax refunds

For fiscal year 2025–2026, the law sets aside $550,000 for Arkansas corporate filing fee and franchise tax refunds. The Secretary of State uses this money only for refunds or reimbursements of those fees and taxes. The law does not set a payment amount for each business.
