Beginning July 1, 2025, the law provides about $2.18 million for Arkansas crime victim program costs and claims. It also provides $634,464 from the program’s revolving fund and about $1.81 million in federal funds for claims. This funding covers the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The law does not set an individual payment amount.
The law provides $5 million for public safety equipment, training, accreditation, and related costs. It separately provides $100,000 from a state treasury cash fund for a public safety equipment grant through Arkansas’s law enforcement training commission. Both appropriations cover July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. These grants support public safety services, not direct payments to households.
