In Arkansas, surveyors must notify the owner before entering a qualifying commercial poultry farm. This applies when they enter to survey the farm or property next to it. Surveyors must follow the farm’s visitor rules, including rules to prevent disease spread. A farm qualifies if it has one or more poultry houses larger than 5,000 square feet.
