The law excludes some minor league baseball players from Arkansas Minimum Wage Act coverage, including its minimum-wage protections. Players must have a contract to play minor league baseball and receive pay under a collective bargaining agreement. That agreement must expressly set wages and working conditions. Both conditions must apply, and the law does not set a replacement wage.
