Arkansas residents can buy permitted fireworks at retail and use them within Arkansas from June 13 through July 10. The summer window starts June 13 instead of June 20, adding seven days each year. The December 10 through January 5 window stays unchanged. The law does not change which types of fireworks are permitted. Existing exceptions under Arkansas Code § 20-22-711(a)(2) still apply.
