Ninth-graders gain scholarship access with funding limits
The Arkansas Concurrent Challenge Scholarship Program now includes students in grades nine through twelve, adding ninth-graders. Students must attend an Arkansas public or private high school, or a home school meeting Arkansas’s legal definition. The state can award ninth-grade scholarships, but total awards for that grade cannot exceed $250,000. The law does not guarantee an award or set an amount for each student.
