The Arkansas Department of the Military can now collect qualifying debts from Arkansas state tax refunds. The law makes fines under Arkansas Code sections 12-64-301, 12-64-403, and 12-64-405 eligible for this collection process. People who owe these debts and are due a state tax refund may receive a smaller refund.
