Homestead exemption expands to company-owned homes

Arkansas law lets qualifying members claim the homestead exemption for homes owned by a limited liability company (LLC). The LLC must have exactly two members who are married to each other. Alternatively, it must have one member who is an individual and is married or the head of a family. Existing homestead ownership and residency rules still apply.
