Arkansas law creates a Class C felony for knowingly using a communication device to commit, cause, or help human trafficking. It also covers device use in felony attempts, requests for someone to commit trafficking, or agreements to commit trafficking. Each use is a separate offense. Communication devices include public or private tools for sending writing, signs, signals, pictures, or sounds. Mail, phones, wire, radio, and other means of communication all count.
