Arkansas law updates its misuse rule to cover temporary preprinted paper buyer tags assigned to dealers. Using or allowing these tags for purposes not permitted by § 27-14-1705 is prohibited. The law also bans using or allowing use of extra dealer license plates outside purposes permitted by § 27-14-1704. The plate restriction applies whether the user is authorized or not. This amendment adds no new penalties or effective date.
