For unpaid judgments plus interest, creditors can ask a court to place a charging-order lien on an Arkansas LLC owner's interest. This is their only collection route against that interest: they can receive the owner's payouts, but cannot foreclose. Creditors cannot take or control LLC property through this remedy. These protections cover single-owner and multi-owner LLCs and preserve owners' existing legal exemptions. The rules do not apply to creditors' secured liens under the Uniform Commercial Code, and the judgment debt remains owed.
