Insurers must clearly show all deductibles for owner-occupied home policies issued or renewed in Arkansas. These disclosures must appear on the policy declarations page or renewal notice. For non-earthquake losses, deductibles based on a percentage of insured value must also show the dollar amount. Separate deductibles for specific types of loss must appear together with the all-other-loss deductible, when applicable. The law does not change deductible amounts.
