Arkansas allows video voyeurism prosecutions within one year after victims discover, or reasonably should have discovered, the offense. This applies even after the usual deadline, but prosecution cannot begin more than 10 years after the offense. A romantic or dating relationship with the victim is not a defense. Video voyeurism also counts as domestic abuse, allowing victims to seek domestic-abuse protection orders.
