More flexible disability test for members

After an ASRS member receives monthly long-term disability benefits for 24 total months, a different disability test applies. Objective medical evidence must show the member cannot do work they are qualified for that pays at least their scheduled benefit. The 24 months no longer need to fall within five years. Benefits are not automatic.
