Petty offense records can be sealed sooner

People with eligible petty offenses can ask the court to seal their arrest, conviction, and sentence records right away. They must finish all nonmoney sentence terms and be discharged by the court. They must also pay all court-ordered fines, fees, and restitution before filing. The court does not have to grant the request.
