Water dues shift for parcel owners

The district sets the member-land share of annual dues as a uniform fee per lot, based on projected groundwater use and the number of lots. This can shift costs among parcel owners. Parcels in a municipal provider’s service area are exempt when the provider has an assured water supply designation. For billing year 2026–2027, the per-lot rate cannot exceed the rate charged in 2025–2026 for parcels in the same active management area.
