Email notices in mobilehome parks need consent

The law lets parks email certain yearly notices due before February 1, but only with your separate written consent that includes your email. Consent cannot be part of your lease and is not a condition of tenancy. You can revoke consent at any time for free by sending a written revocation. Within five days after you consent, management must send you a clear written notice, in English and in any language used to negotiate your agreement, explaining you agreed to email-only copies and how to revoke. That notice must list the name and address where you can send your revocation.

Mobilehome parks must deliver notices to residents

The law requires parks to give required notices to both the homeowner and the resident. Management must deliver them in person or mail them to your site in the park. If mailed, postage must be prepaid.
