No fake licenses in AI health tools

The law bans using words or letters in AI health ads or features that make people think a licensed person is giving care or advice. Existing bans on false licensure claims now also apply to AI tools and to the people who build or deploy them. Each time a prohibited term appears, it counts as a separate violation. Health care licensing boards can enforce these rules and ask courts to stop violations, and other legal remedies still apply. The chapter defines AI, generative AI, and which health care professions are covered.
