Once the Legislature provides funding, state labor offices must route farmworker complaints to the right agency. If any Labor and Workforce Development Agency office gets a complaint, it works with others to send it for investigation. The sending office must not share your name or personal details unless the law allows it or you consent. Farmworkers include people who do farm work, prepare products on the farm, or handle crops after harvest.
