Colorado ends required student benefits platform support

Effective immediately, Colorado’s higher education department no longer must arrange an online tool to help students access public benefits. Public and private colleges using the tool no longer have to help pay for it. Students’ benefit eligibility does not change. Colleges can still use the tool. The law creates no replacement program.
