For state fiscal years starting on or after July 1, 2026, Colorado’s Treasurer cannot move specified technology funds to the general fund. This protection covers annual depreciation-lease payments and other money deposited under section 24-37.5-127(2). These funds must be used for the state technology purposes set by that law. This change does not create household payments, benefits, or duties.
