Beginning July 1, 2025, Connecticut removes one rule for setting workers’ compensation medical fees. Converting the fee schedule to Medicare’s service-value system no longer has to leave total payments unchanged. The separate annual limit on total medical-fee growth, tied to consumer inflation, remains. The law sets no specific increase or decrease in provider payments or employer costs.
