SB 00370, AN ACT CONCERNING THE HOURLY COMPENSATION FOR ADJUNCT FIRE INSTRUCTORS.

To require the hourly compensation for adjunct fire instructors to be adjusted at the same percentage rate as any general wage increase and cost-of-living adjustment included within the most recently ratified agreement between the state and the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition.

To make various changes concerning Probate Court administrative processes, court procedures and the training of Probate Court judges and to repeal provisions relating to the establishment of a working group.

SB 00391, AN ACT CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF BREAST CANCER SCREENING, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT SERVICES FOR WOMEN COMMITTED TO THE CUSTODY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION.

To provide additional breast cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment options to women committed to the custody of the Department of Correction.

SB 00335, AN ACT CONCERNING UTILITY CHARGES FOR RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS.

To require that a tenant only be charged for utilities if such tenant's dwelling unit has an individual meter.

SB 00362, AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO STATUTES RELATING TO MUNICIPAL PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT.

To make various revisions to statutes concerning municipal property tax assessment.
