Beginning July 1, 2025, the law ends a Healthy Homes Fund transfer requirement to Connecticut’s Department of Housing. It covered money collected from May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023. The money was for grants addressing structurally deficient foundations in Hamden condominium associations. Grants covered repairs in owner-occupied units or relocation of their owners, limited to actual repair or relocation costs. The law removes this funding direction but does not state how much money is affected.
