Condo owners can meet and vote online

Condo associations, boards, and committees can hold meetings by phone or video. If you join electronically, you count toward quorum, and everyone must be able to hear and be heard. Meeting notices must include a link or instructions to join. Boards can send ballots with the notice and set a reasonable return deadline. You can submit your vote electronically up to 7 days before the meeting, and those votes count as present and in person. These DC rules expire 225 days after the law takes effect.

DC co-ops can meet remotely

Members of DC cooperatives can hold regular and special meetings remotely. This is allowed even if the articles or bylaws do not allow remote meetings. These rules expire 225 days after the law takes effect.
