Old bridge right-of-way closed on Lot 817

The District closes the former Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge approach right of way on Lot 817 in Square 708 (Ward 8). Title to the closed area vests as shown on Surveyor’s plat S.O. 23-05325. If you own or claim Lot 817, your property lines and rights now follow that plat. Public street use of that strip ends.
