Easier tree removal with fee at Parkside

Owners or developers of Lots 865–869 in Square 5056 can remove Heritage Trees under a special rule. The usual Heritage Tree removal requirements do not apply if the Zoning Commission approved a planned unit development before July 1, 2016. A fee is due for each Heritage Tree removed, using the Section 104 rate for special trees. This exemption is temporary and ends 225 days after the law takes effect.
