Temporary weight rules for delivery robots

The law sets a 250-pound empty weight limit for personal delivery devices. The weight does not include the items the device carries. The Department can set a higher limit by rule. It also repeals one older subsection of the delivery device law. This is an emergency law and stays in effect for no longer than 90 days.
