Delivery robots in DC may weigh up to 250 pounds, not counting the cargo. The Department can set a higher limit by rule. An earlier subsection tied to the old rule is repealed. The law takes effect after the Mayor approves and after 30 days of congressional review. It ends 225 days after it takes effect.
