Temporary vaccine consent rules for minors

Parents or guardians can consent to shots that follow ACIP or another qualified group the Health Director names. The Director must announce any group by public notice. The vaccine must match that group’s recommended schedule. The law takes effect after the Mayor approves it or the Council overrides a veto. It lasts no longer than 90 days after it starts.
