DC boards' financial reporting delayed to 2026

The law delays expanded financial reporting rules for certain DC boards and commissions. The rule in 3 DCMR § 5710.3 does not apply before April 3, 2026. The law takes effect after the Mayor approves it and a 30-day congressional review. It expires 225 days after it takes effect. When it expires, the temporary changes in this law stop.
