Temporary changes to DC parking enforcement

This law changes which parts of DC's 2024 parking enforcement law apply under Section 401(a). It keeps Section 201(c)(2) listed but removes Sections 113 and 114(b) from that provision. The change remains subject to funding approved in the budget. The law takes effect after mayoral approval or a Council veto override, followed by 30 days of congressional review. It expires 225 days after taking effect.
