One-time rent data from exempt landlords

If you own a rental that is exempt from rent stabilization under subsection (a), you must give rent details when you register. For each unit, list the current monthly rent. Also list the monthly rent for the same unit for each of the two prior calendar years. Include the unit's utilities, facilities and services, and appliances. You submit this only at registration. There is no ongoing or annual report. This rule is temporary and expires 225 days after it takes effect.
