Heavier delivery devices allowed temporarily

In Washington, D.C., personal delivery devices can weigh up to 250 pounds, not counting what they carry. The Department can set a higher limit by making a rule. The law also repeals the prior provision at D.C. Code § 50-110.01(8)(B). It took effect after mayoral approval or a Council veto override and a 30-day congressional review. The law expires 225 days after taking effect.
